I didn’t want to wait to heat up the oven and was determined that my tempeh bacon not just taste like bacon, but actually have the chewy texture as well (not just heated up in the oven), and in just 10 minutes of air-frying they were! My Air Fryer Vegan Tempeh Bacon (say that 10x fast!) recipe will quickly satisfy your craving for salty, chewy bacon!
