The season of Thanksgiving leading up to Christmas is my favorite time of year. I love our American Thanksgiving holiday and how it reminds us to be thankful. And Christmas…well, I just love everything about it. It’s of course fun to give and receive gifts, but, I love the spirit of the holiday! The beautiful sparkly decorations, and the specific time of year dedicated to celebrate the birth of Jesus. Plus, it’s finally cooler here in south Texas for a couple of days! 😉 So, on the subject of gift-giving, and being the chef wanna-be that I am, I’m making and giving Mason Jar Risotto Mix to give as gifts to some lucky recipients on my list this year!
