Cantaloupe Prosciutto Skewers with Mozzarella and Tomatoes A beautiful party of colors, flavors and textures!

I love fresh produce this time of year, don’t you? It just screams ‘healthy’! I’ve always enjoyed the Italian creation of Prosciutto e Melone; a genius combination of salty prosciutto, an Italian dry-cured ham that’s usually wrapped around sweet cantaloupe wedges, but, I wanted to take it a step further by threading them onto skewers along with Ciliengine (translates to small cherry) fresh mozzarella balls, basil leaves and juicy grape tomatoes. Enjoy these Cantaloupe Prosciutto Skewers with Mozzarella and Tomatoes as an appetizer, snack or a light lunch, I promise you’ll love ’em!
